Advanced IRC

Advanced IRC is an IRC client which completely follows the RFC. Supports multiple servers, CTCP, full DCC chat/file support (including SOCKS5 support (Passive sockets)), VBScript script engine, ActiveX plugins, encryption/decryption, and URL catching.
