Most users will simply copy and paste the document into the current folder which create a mess of files which are difficult to go back to? We have created File SnapShot which is a utility that allows you to right click on a file, and take a snapshot of a file. Instead of messy folders, you get a copy of the file with a date and can even add your initial do the doc (if you are sharing the file through e-mail).
