Mind Collected is a comprehensive tool which allows you to create a visual catalog, a mind map, in which to define various objects with the help of pictures and documentation. The application allows you to add and organize the entries in a local database, which you can backup at any time.

Visual encyclopedia for better learning

Mind Collected can serve as a personal knowledge base, in which the entries are organized, filtered and connected based on their field of activity. You may store any idea that you can think of, from concepts, to knowledge, people, projects, books, videos, inventories, locations, plans and many more.

Each entry can be managed through a dedicated editor window. You may add the name of the entry, a visual identity, one or several tags, icons, attachments and documentation.

The editor features a multitude of tools for text formatting, as well as various methods of inserting a picture. You can import an image from a local folder, take a desktop snapshot or acquire the image from an online source, based on the keywords.

Connect the elements with one another

Mind Collected allows you to create links between interconnected items. For example, you can connect a contact with the entry of their home city, a book with its author, a video with a particular concept and so on. You may create connections between a particular item and several others from the database.

The main window displays a preview of the item’s documentation and connections. Moreover, you can easily compress and backup the database, to a local file, at a location of your choice.

Use visual indicators in order to remember concepts faster

Mind Collected allows you to create mind maps and use the visual representations in order to remember ideas or concepts with ease. The program is user-friendly, features a simple, yet visually appealing interface and features tooltips, to help you create entries in a quick and simple manner.
