The problems start with its interface, which requires you to click a button named Open to browse to the file you want to convert. From there, you can select more than one input file at a time, but all must be in the same folder. Also, you have to select the input files and destinations at one go. If you cancel in the middle, you have to start over. Conversion itself is fast, though many users will dislike how the program creates a separate text file for each page of the PDF rather than uniting all in a single file. Since the converter can’t handle protected PDFs, many will find it just as easy to copy and paste text from Acrobat Explorer. The only real advantage of Easy PDF to Text Converter main is batch processing, limited though that feature is.
