Refresher Free lets you automatically refresh Web pages at custom intervals. It is useful for updating sports results (BBC), Web mail (Hotmail) or on-line auctions. It automatically accepts jobs or order and notifies if a page content changes. It features new appraisal notifications, notifications by sound/email/sms, stay logged in, multiple tabs, dual browsing, auto save web pages on refresh, and run applications on page refresh/change.
